When did you try coffee for the first time and what was it like? My first barista job was a BP when I was 15. I used to make a mocha and put it in the freezer and have a cold mocha on my break. Thats my earliest memory of coffee.
Where is the best place/ best coffee you've ever had? I had an amazing cold drip in Noosa Australia a few years back from some Bolivian coffee.
What made you want to get into the coffee biz? I like production, I like machinery, I like dealing with people. Everything about owning a coffee roastery excites me.
How do you drink yours? Changes daily
What is the best thing about coffee? Its incredibly complex. There is so many stages to its production there is always more to learn. Its the second most traded commodity in the world so its a big industry to be involved in yet you can do your own thing and be a boutique company at the same time.

How many cups do you drink a day? I try to stick to 2 or 3 now but during long shifts in the kitchen it used to get up to 5 or 6 back in the day.
